ABOUT US
At "Ad-Lib", we believe in the power of people and ideas. Every "Ad-Lib" project works towards creating a world where everyone plays an active and positive role in their own community, and where we collectively seek to better ourselves and the world around us. With the right combination of people, energy and ideas, we believe that almost anything is possible!
Our projects are built around three main beliefs:
1. Everyone has potential.
2. We are more productive when we come together.
3. We have most fun, and achieve most, when we are being creative.
PEOPLE AND IDEAS
We started "Ad-Lib" to nurture potential in people and in communities. To find it, unlock it, support it, and shout about it. To get people together in the right environment to make things happen. Whether we're creating recycled sculptures, digging in compost, or performing on stage, people and creativity make us smile, and create useful social outcomes.
BLUE SKY THINKING
We believe in thinking big and being creative, so we do a lot of blue sky gazing here at "Ad-Lib". We find it's often where the best ideas begin. We start with the ideal, and then work backwards from there to find innovative solutions. We support individuals and communities to do the same; identifying their own needs and then, with a little help, creating their own realistic, yet ambitious solutions.
GRASS ROOTS
We have our feet firmly on the ground at "Ab-Lib" and facilitate realistic grass roots growth which engages people with their local communities. We exist to help people and organisations share ideas and assets in order for them to become agents of positive change. We work in partnership, helping people to create their own sustainable solutions at a grass roots level.
Using creative solutions, we work to:

- stimulate ideas and self expression - break down barriers to progress
- support learning and build skills - promote creative enjoyment
