We measure each of our projects against these criteria to make sure they are right for "Ad-Lib".

* We take great care to ensure that the safety of people we work with is a priority. All our projects are covered by public liability insurance and we have a rigorous Health and Safety Policy and Safeguarding Policy in place. All staff working with young people and vulnerable adults have enhanced CRB checks, are fully trained, and have previous experience working with these groups.
